Charity has played an important role in Emmy's operations right from the very beginning of the company. If they wish, Emmy's customers can donate their unsold items or all of their sales proceeds to charity through well-known charitable organizations that partner with Emmy.

Hope – Together and Collectively Association

Hope – Together & Collectively Association distributes clothing and goods donations to low-income and crisis-affected families, and also provides support for hobbies and leisure experiences for children and young people.

The Hope association in the Lohja region is one of Emmy's longest-standing partners, and our cooperation is both regular and concrete. A representative from Lohja Hope visits Emmy's office on Hemmolankatu every few weeks and selects from the donated items exactly the clothes and accessories needed by the families receiving assistance.

Vailla vakinaista asuntoa ry. (Vva ry.)

Vailla vakinaista asuntoa ry. is a politically and religiously unaffiliated civic organization founded by homeless people themselves in 1986.

In addition to advocacy and organizational activities for the homeless, Vva ry provides low-threshold services (including the Vepa day center and Mobile Support), manages two long-term housing units for the homeless, and organizes Finland's largest annual social and health sector event, the Night of the Homeless.
