How to return
We give our customers 14 days return period for all pre-owned and new items counting from the date of receiving the order.
The return process depends on whether you are making a return within Finland or from another EU country.

Returning from Finland
- Register a return notification here.
- First, fill in your email address and order number.
- Select the products to be returned and the reason for the return.
- Select a return as Emmy money or to the payment method of the order.
- Review and confirm the return information.
- Send your return to us according to the instructions sent to your email.
Returns Processing
- We charge a return shipping fee of €6.90 per return.
- If you choose your refund as Emmy credit, we do not charge the return fee.
- If your original order had free shipping but, after the return, the order total falls below the free-shipping threshold, we deduct the original shipping cost from the refund: Posti €5.99 / Budbee €6.09.
Returns are processed at Emmy within 1–5 business days of arrival.
There is no exchange service. You may return an item, select the refund as Emmy credit, and purchase another item with that credit. In this case, the €6.90 return fee is waived.
Not picking up a delivered order without submitting a return request is not considered a return. For uncollected orders we charge €19 per order for handling and shipping.
Refunds
Returns are refunded to the original payment method:
- Items paid with a gift card or Emmy credit are refunded as Emmy credit, visible as a balance in your Emmy account.
- Items paid by credit card, PayPal, or online bank payment are refunded right after processing.
- If you paid with a Walley or OP invoice, the invoicer credits the return amount to your open invoice. If you have already paid in full, any overpayment will be refunded under the invoicer’s terms.
Domestic Return Methods
After you’ve submitted a return request and packed your return, send the parcel using one of the options below.
Note: Please do not close the parcel with staples, to avoid damaging the items.
1) Posti parcel locker or service point (with Helposti code)
You can return via Posti if the original delivery was via Posti. Generate a Helposti code for the locker using the original JJFI tracking number on Posti’s website.
Write on the parcel:
- Your contact details and order number
- Recipient: Emmy Clothing Company Oy, Hemmolankatu 19, 08150 Lohja
- Your Helposti code
2) Budbee home pickup
If your order was delivered by Budbee, you can book a pickup.
- Order the return via the SMS link you received or the Budbee app.
- Choose a pickup time and specify whether you hand over the parcel personally or leave it at the door (only if safe).
- You do not need to print a return label—the driver brings it.
3) Budbee Box (parcel locker)
If your order was delivered by Budbee, you can return via Budbee Box.
- Book the return via the SMS link or the Budbee app.
- Select and reserve an available Box; you’ll receive a personal code to open the locker.
- Budbee will send a PIN code—you then have two hours to drop off the parcel.
- Didn’t make it in time? No problem—you can book a new slot via the app or tracking link.
- No need to print a label—the driver handles it when collecting from the Box.
4) Drop-off at Emmy
Bring your return to Hemmolankatu 19, 08150 Lohja.

Claims (Defects / Wrong Item)
Please inspect your items within 14 days of receipt. If an item is defective, does not match the stated size, or product info is incorrect, you can return it free of charge. We’ll refund the item price to the payment method used on the order.Please also submit a return request for claims and send the defective item back promptly following the return instructions. The item must be returned in the same condition as at the time of sale. Do not remove the item tag, and do not wear, wash, or alter the item before returning it.
