FINLAND'S WIDEST SELECTION OF SECOND HAND BRANDED CLOTHING

Charity is at the heart of Emmy

Charity work has been an important part of Emmy right from the very beginning, since 2015. Through this activity, for example, unsold clothes and accessories get a new chance with those who need them the most. In cooperation with various charity organizations and customers, over 300,000 items of clothing have been donated to those in need so far! Emmy sellers can choose to donate unsold clothes to charity, and their sales proceeds to a charity of their choice.

Emmy collaborates extensively with well-known charity organizations. These include, among others, Hope ry., Vailla vakinaista asuntoa ry., SOS Children's Village, UNICEF, Save the Children ry. Emmy was also part of the 2020 Big Brother show's weekly task. For the weekly task, Emmy donated thousands of unsold items for the residents to sort before sending them to the Homeless Night event.

Emmy also often sells charity batches from partner companies, with all proceeds going directly to charity organizations. These batches include, for example, sample pieces of clothing or accessories at affordable secondhand prices, and they can be identified by a charity label on the product card. Well-known clothing industry operators who have sent charity batches include Reima, Nanso, Nosh, Globe Hope, Esprit and Weekendbee.

Emmy’s heart beats for doing good, and is always open to new opportunities to make a difference!
